Phosphate dosing system for boilers
A high-pressure phosphate dosing system for boilers is currently going through final tests before delivery to the client. Despite many years of boiler treatment technology development, many still swear by traditional solutions based on dosing phosphate. Phosphate technology provides both an apropriate alkalisation of boiler water, as well as shaking off residual hardness, introduced to the boiler alongside the water supply. The technology therefore provides both protection against corrossion and against limescale formation. Dosing phosphates to boilers poses a challenge, as the preparation needs to be dosed into the steam drum, and therefore on the high pressure side. The pressure on the piston side often reaches beyond 100bar, and the dosing pumps need to safely deliver an apropriate dose.
Our complete phosphate preparation dosing system, featuring two high-pressure pumps with adjustable efficiency, is currently going through the last batch of tests before delivery to the client. Aside from the pumps, the system is equipped with apropriate armaturę, including overflow valves preventing an abnormal buildup of pressure in the installation.
Before delivery, the system is required to go through the so-called pressure test, to ensure full safety of the user.
