Description
Measurement of dissolved oxygen concentration is a basic reading used in waste treatment, for example in activated sludge chambers. Another use case for such measurements are fish farms. Universal transmitters from the SUP-DC2000 series, in conjunction with an optical oxygen probe allow for an effective measurement of oxygen concentration, in the range between 0 and 20ppm. The probes, thanks to their use of fluorescence, provide a reliable reading without the need to use exchangable membranes or electrolyte.
This universal transmitter is suited for a panel-based build. The SUP-DC2000 series transmitters suport many kinds of digital probes and can operate as individual, separate points of measurements. However, thanks to numerous communication options (such as analogue 4-20mA signal, limit value switches or MODBUS RTU through RS485), they easily function as part of an advanced control system. Sensors placed in the measurement probes are responsible for temperature compensation.
