Grey water treatment

In the face of water deficiency, recovering the so-called grey water becomes a necessity. Grey water systems are used to collect water from showers, washing machines, washbasins and bidets, and reusing it for purposes such as lawn watering or flushing toilets. The largest advantage of such systems is being able to reuse even 70% of the sourced fresh water, and in the same way reducing the costs of water and its treatment. The usual recipient of this type of systems are shopping malls, hotels and recreational facilities.

Profile of Azud Industrial systems:

* Submersible pump providing water to the system, equipped with a macerator, used to prevent large contaminants from entering the system,
* Air Assisted disk filtration, using 100μm discs. By utilizing compressed air to suplement the flushing, this technology is particularly efficient and has a very low water usage. Constructed from synthetic materials, it is immune to corrosion. The filter protects the further treatment elements from slime,
* Ultrafiltration, by using modules with PVDF membranes. These membranes are fully resistant to the pollution present in the water and chemicals used to clear the system. The membranes provide water of turbidity under 0.1NTU and reduction of bacteria >4log,
* A system of membranes consisting of a flushing pump and a blower,
* A control system, allowing for a fully automatic device opearation,
