Water and sewage cleaning

  • Coagulants

In the processes of initial water treatment and sewage processing, it is often key to utilize the process of coagulation. Suspended solids present in water have a positive electric charge on their surface, thanks to which they repel each other. As a consequence, they are prevented from settling, in the process of sedimentation. Utilizing coagulants deprives them of charge, and allows for sedimentation of impurities.

  • Flocculants

During coagulation, suspension particles can be deprived of charge and undergo sedimentation. To easily and effectively separate the forming residue from water, it’s necessary to make use of the flocculation process.
