Automatic disk filters- Azud Helix:
- Are compatible with various control units,
- Possess a wide range of filtration classes: from 5 to 400 microns,
- Are easy to operate by the user, have a high autonomy of work,
- Have collectors made from PEHD, stainless steel or epoxy covered steel
- In select cases, specific valves allow for effective reverse rinsing in pressure as low as 2.8 bar.
- Are available with the following electric voltages: 110V, 120V, 220V or 12V.
Due to their modular build, automatic Azud Helix devices can be adjusted to the client’s preferences and the space available.

Special applications of Azud’s automatic disc filters
Automatic disk filters- Azud Helix AA
The AA version has been designed for applications in which there is a need to minimize the amount of water consumed in the process of rinsing. The installation is supported with compressed air, which is supplied from an outside source for the proces of reverse rinsing. The source works as a piston, pumping wateraa from the source tank to the currently rinsed filter insertion. In such a system, the water usage is decreased by even 80%.
Automatic disk filters- Azud Helix DLP
The DLP version allows for effective rinsing with a very low rinsing pressure (1.5 bar), thanks to which the discs gain maximum quality of filtration at a minimum energy cost per rinsing instance.
These devices are suited for installations, where the low water pressure does not allow use of the standard units. Azud Helix DLP filters minimize the use of water during reverse rinsing, optimizing energy usage. The DLP system minimalizes the impact on environment, through reducing the energy consumption per 1m3 output water.
